The Family Support Center of Ogden is a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization that primarily receives funding through grants from the Department of Human Services and The Department of Workforce Services. The Center also receives funding through local and federal grants, fundraising and private funders. Donations from the public are gratefully accepted and necessary in helping us provide our services to the community free of charge.
We gladly accept donations of children’s clothing and shoes, cleaning supplies, personal hygiene items and diapers that are passed directly to our families. Donated items must be new as the Center does not have the facilities or staff to sort, clean and repair items before distributing them to our clients. Art and craft supplies are also always appreciated. Donations are particularly welcome during the Christmas Season when many parents are struggling to provide for their children. Some donors like to sponsor an entire family at Christmas, providing food, gifts and necessities.
